Advantages of our factory's W wire:
1. High temperature performance:
We can subdivide various high high-temperature ormance requirements according to customers' different uses.
2. Diameter consistency:
The weight difference between two consecutive sections of 200mm tungsten wire shall not exceed 0.5% of the nominal specification.
Linearity:
Ordinary W wire: in line with national standards.
Straightening W wire:
Diameter <100μm: the natural sag height of every 500mm line segment is 450mm;
Diameter ≥100μm: Arc height ≤10mm per 100mm chord length.
3. Surface condition:
The surface is smooth and free of cracks, burrs, scratches, pits, unevenness, oil stains and other defects.
4. Winding performance:
During the winding process, the tungsten wire will not crack continuously.
