Inner layer protection
Anti-scratch: The surface of the tantalum tube needs to be wrapped separately with anti-static foam or soft plastic film (such as PE film) to avoid direct contact with hard materials.
Anti-oxidation: Fill the package with desiccant (such as silica gel) to keep the humidity ≤30%RH to prevent oxidation.
Dust-proof: Use a dust-free cloth to wipe the surface of the tube to ensure that no impurities remain.
Outer layer reinforcement
Anti-extrusion: Put the wrapped tantalum tube into a high-density foam box or wooden box, and fill the gap with pearl cotton or bubble film to prevent transportation vibration.
Anti-impact: For long tubes, use a customized wooden frame to fix them, and add buffer pads (such as rubber blocks) at both ends.
