Choose appropriate packaging materials
Tantalum plates need to be carefully packaged using bubble bags, pearl cotton, antistatic bags, and vacuum bags to prevent squeezing and collision during transportation.
Antistatic packaging
Static electricity may damage tantalum plates, so antistatic packaging methods such as antistatic bags or other antistatic measures are required during packaging.
Moisture-proof packaging
Before packaging, the surface of the tantalum plate should be cleaned and dried, and sprayed with three-proof paint to prevent the tantalum plate from being damaged by a humid environment.
Anti-vibration packaging
Put the packaged tantalum plate in an antistatic packaging box. When placed vertically, no more than two layers should be stacked upwards. A stop plate should be placed in the middle to keep it stable and prevent shaking.
