Physical and chemical properties

Tungsten crucibles have excellent physical and chemical properties and are important components in high-temperature applications. These key characteristics include a minimum purity of W≥99.95%, which ensures high thermal stability and reliability. With a density of at least 18.5 g/cm3, tungsten crucibles have a strong structural integrity, which is essential for withstanding extreme thermal conditions. In addition, the maximum application temperature of tungsten crucibles can reach 2400℃, ensuring their suitability for a variety of high-temperature industrial processes.

Production process

The production process of tungsten crucibles includes several complex steps to ensure the highest quality and reliability. The first is to manufacture tungsten powder, which is sieved and made into a batch of tungsten powder. Subsequently, the tungsten powder is isostatically pressed to obtain the desired shape and structure. This is followed by rough turning, medium-frequency sintering and fine turning to further perfect the shape and composition of the crucible. The final result of this complex process is the packaging of the final tungsten crucible, which can play an important role in high-temperature applications.
