Hardness
Tungsten plate has high hardness, and the hardness of different grades of tungsten steel is different. For example, the hardness of YG3X is between 82-85HRA, the hardness of YG6 is between 85-88HRA, and the hardness of YG8 is between 87-90HRA. The hardness of tungsten steel (hard alloy) remains basically unchanged even at a temperature of 500℃, and it still has a high hardness at 1000℃.
Wear resistance
Tungsten plate has good wear resistance, which is due to its high hardness. For example, YG8 hard alloy tungsten steel has good wear resistance, and its use strength and impact toughness are better than YG6. It can be widely used in the manufacture of various tools, molds and measuring tools, especially for processing difficult-to-cut materials.
